Depending on location, travel fees will be quoted on enquiry.

FAQ's
Can the incursion be completed outdoors?
Always have a wet weather plan if your event is outdoors. We also find that outdoor incursions don’t seem to work as well as indoor. Children tend to get easily distracted in big open spaces. If you really want to have your event outdoors we do have some regulations to comply with for our Public Liability Insurance. If your event is during the day, all the children need to wear hats, sunscreen and have regular drink breaks.
What time will the entertainer arrive?
Your entertainer will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time (this is with an allocated car spot within 20 metres from the incursion). This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, give any special requests or discuss any requirements.
Do the children have a break?
In all our 1.5-hour and 2-hour events, the children will have a 15-minute drink break to replenish their energy to start again for the second session. Please let us know if this is not suitable for your event.
Do I need to provide anything for the entertainer?
All the entertainer will need is access to electricity & a small table. Additionally, the children will need tables and chairs big enough for them to sit around in their teams. If that is not an option let us know, they can also do it seated on the floor in their groups.
Do I need to provide a parking spot for the entertainer?
Yes. Your entertainer will need an allocated parking spot as close to your venue as possible. We want the incursion to run as smoothly as possible and on time. Please note you will need to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where your venue is located.
Are you insured?
Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved by the ‘Working with Children Check’.
