Athletics Carnival Structure:
What we do:Â
- Our professional MC style entertainer will be the host of your event.
- Making announcements and coordinating the children while getting everyone super excited about the upcoming events.
- As well as creating a FUN and ENERGETIC environment the entertainer will also encourage the children to join into their favourite songs and dances such as The Macarena, Baby Shark, Gangnam Style, The Nutbush, etc.
- We also have a variety of team building musical activities depending on your requirements.
- AND because we set up a full PA system, we will include a SUPER COOL DISCO celebration at the end.
- The children are welcome to request songs.
- We will play background music throughout the whole day to create the positive atmosphere.

Please rest assured you are booking an entertainer, not a DJ. Our experienced entertainers are flexible and will be 100% interactive. They will work with you on the day to satisfy all of your school’s needs.

FAQ's
There are going to be a large number of children at this event. Can your entertainer handle this?
The answer is yes! We use state of the art equipment which allows the entertainer to wear a headset microphone, which means their voice is projected over the music and crowd. We are not DJ’s, we are an entertainment company. You are paying for an experienced children’s entertainer who will be hosting the entire event for you. We have over 15 years’ experience in what songs and activities are best suited for primary school children. Your entertainer will be interacting with the children throughout the entire event. Our entertainers are flexible and will tailor our program to suit your event.
Can we give any special instructions in how we want our event formatted?
Of course, you can. Every school runs their events different, therefore we encourage as much instructions as possible.
What time will the entertainer arrive?
Your entertainer will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, give any special requests or discuss any requirements.
Do I need to provide anything for the entertainer?
All the entertainer will need is a table and a power point to plug the equipment in.
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved by the Kids Guardian ‘Working with Children Check’.
Do I need to provide a parking spot for the entertainer?
Yes. Your entertainer will need an allocated parking spot as close to your venue as possible. There is a lot of heavy equipment to unload (and reload) and we want the event to run as smoothly as possible and on time. Please note you will need to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where your venue is located.
Are you insured?
Yes, Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.
