This incursion is capped at 30 children.
1.5hr Circus & Magic Tricks Incursion
UP TO 60 CHILDREN
$519
Includes:
Professional Entertainer
1 x Circus Trick
2 x Magic Tricks
(time permitting)
All supplies included
Music for atmosphere
1hr DISCO ADD ON - $149
We will split the children in half and run two x 45 minute sessions with 30 children at a time. This is capped at 60 children.Â
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra children: 60 – 80 children = An additional entertainer is assigned for $220
This incursion is capped at 80 children. For larger groups choose the Disco & Popstar Incursion
Travel Surcharge: Travel is calculated from the Melbourne City Centre.
Depending on location, travel fees will be quoted on enquiry

FAQ's
Is this suitable for boys and girls?
Yes it is the ideal program as the children get the best of both worlds. The combination or circus and magic means the children never get bored and are constantly enthused.
Do I need to do anything during the incursion?
We do advise educators to work with the entertainer on the day, keeping a watchful eye on the children to ensure safety throughout the program.
What time will the entertainer arrive?
Your entertainer will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled disco start time (this is with an allocated car spot within 20 metres from the incursion). This gives you an opportunity to ask questions or discuss any requirements.
Are the entertainers ‘screened’?
Yes, all the staff and entertainers of Bop till you Drop have been approved with a ‘Working with Children Check’.
Do I need to provide a parking spot for the entertainer?
Yes. Your entertainer will need an allocated parking spot as close to your venue as possible. There is a lot of equipment to unload (and reload), and we want the incursion to run as smoothly as possible and on time. Please note you will need to pay for parking should free parking not be available. Also, please ensure you give the office clear directions on exactly where your venue is located.
What if someone hurts themselves, are you insured?
Bop till you Drop has $20 million dollars Public Liability Insurance.
